Each plan includes a monthly pool of checks that refills every month on your billing date, the day your subscription renews. Prompts are re-checked automatically, weekly or daily per project, for as many as the pool covers (the plan table says how many), and you can run extra on-demand checks any time until the pool runs out.

No. We suggest fixes because they may improve visibility, but we cannot promise that they will. Scores reflect the prompts and AI answers checked at a point in time, not all AI searches. Models, retrieval methods and answers can change daily, so estimated gains and timing are planning aids. A later improvement does not by itself prove which change caused it.
